In this time of fear of uncertainty, taking the time to pause, feel our breaths and bodies, and reconnect to the still peace at the center of our beings is essential to wellbeing as well as our ability to make wise and gentle decisions. Please join me for a guided meditation followed by some time to chat, reflect, and connect.

EVERY FRIDAY

1 HOUR SLOW FLOW YOGA

10 AM via Facebook & Instagram Live

Join Tiffany at 10 AM EVERY Friday during quarantine for a one hour slow flow and meditate yoga class. Class will be live streamed on A Mindful Heart’s Facebook Live and Instagram Live.

A Mindful Heart’s mission is to bring essential emotional intelligence and mental resilience to youth and adults in underserved communities. Through connecting these communities with peer-reviewed mindfulness and meditation programs, we aim to provide easy access to tools that create a more stable, compassionate, and accepting mental foundation for thriving as a human being in an uncertain world.

WHO WE ARE

A Mindful Heart was founded in 2015 by Tiffany Andras-Myers. After graduating from Georgia Tech, Tiffany spent a month in retreat at a Buddhist monastery, an experience that radically changed the trajectory of her life. Since then, A Mindful Heart evolved organically to bring the tools of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to those in need.

BUY ONE, GIVE ONE

Our "buy one, give one" business model works with corporations and law enforcement groups to connect businesses and those who serve the community with the communities themselves. Customized programs to these groups donates a similar program to a community center or shelter free of charge.

SERVICES

From workshops to individual group classes and multi-week programs, we work closely with community centers, women's shelters, and homeless shelters in low-income areas to bring programming unique to the needs of each group.
